Hello! During overwatch 1 I purchased the Atlantic All-Stars Mercy skin. However, the skin does not appear on my mercy skin list. It has been gone for a while now and I looked through the forum and saw where others had the same issue but theirs had been resolved. I didn’t make a forum post at the time because I assumed it would be fixed for all players encountering the problem. However, mine never got set. This is very frustrating as I spent real-life money on the skin and I’m not able to use it.
