Lootbox opened as a game was starting, it said I got the Orisa Retro Future skin and its not in my inventory. Tried opening and closing game, its still not there. It even states in my history that i got it.
This has been a known issue since the return of lootboxes. It is best to open your lootboxes while you are NOT in a queue to ensure you get your items properly.
