currently missng my “crimson summer” genji skin and “emotional” reaper skin neither where obtained through the xbox gamepass as i pulled them from crates at complety seperate times and have used the crimson summer skin for SEASONS plural now. all of the heroes that seem to be missing skins and other cosmetics all display the golden NEW tag even though ive looked at all my currently owned items i think the game is trying to register the thing i used to own as new but is unable to anyone else seeing or having this problem?
