I have the correct battle.net account connected yet I still haven’t gotten my OW1 items merged with the second game. I submitted this bug on the day OW2 released and the Support team basically told that they don’t know how to fix it so they will have to simulate the problem so they can attempt to fix it. Its been along time and my Items are still missing.

Same goes for me, i actually just tryed to place a ticket to blizzard about this but i couldn’t, i got pointed in the direction of the forum instead.

MY MESSAGE
I just noticed that atleast 2/3 of all my Overwatch skins are missing in Overwatch 2.
I recently started to play OW 2 again ‘‘for real’’ and it didnt take long for me to notice that i clearly was missing skins.
I don’t think its any ‘‘SUPER’’ rare skins that are missing, but i can’t say for sure… However, it is still skins, skins that are not obtainable anymore.
Skins i have worked hard to collect over all the years of playing all and every event several times.
I can say for sure that i did not have all the event skins when overwatch 1 shut down, but i had most of them.
From 2016 up to the first quarter of 2021 i had 90% of all the event skins ever released and that is probably a underestmation.
I have always played hard during the events just to get all the event skins.
During 2020 until that i quit in erliy 2021, i played more Overwatch that i have ever done before, i think played more during that year than all previous years combined.
I always had saved up a bunch of in game currency before an event was going to start, just in case their was any skins i did not get from loot boxes during the event.
I have been collecting skins, and the last year i focus on getting as many skins that i could from OW 1 so that i would have them all when OW 2 released.
i love skins and cosmetics in every game i play, i just lovet to personalize my characters in some shape or form, it is one of my motivations to play. This is very important to me and i find my self in-between games, looking at my characters skins, just to find a ‘‘pattern’’ in what kind of skins that didnt transfer over to OW 2…
But its really really hard to say what skins are missing and its even harder to prove this, unless you have any form of data left from OW 1?
I can say this much, for 6 month before OW2 released, i didnt play any Overwatch what so ever.
However, when i did quit playing, i had around 75 - 100 loot boxes plus a couple of thousand in game currency that i also had stored up for a while because i didnt need anything, unless a few event skins that i could not get then anyway…
Like i was lvl 800 or somthing, and look at my in game currency right now in OW 2 and then you look at my skins, the math don’t add up, that should count for some proof of my claims that alot of skins are missing.
As you also can see if you look into my account, is that i have ALOT of rare skins, skins like Illidan Genji, several MVP Overwatch League Legendary skins, Comic book tracer, Stone brigette, Mardi gra Ashe, Goat Brigs to name afew, like i care about my account, i care about my skins, so much soo that i have spent alot of money to get these skins.
Please look into this, cuz iam missing ALOT of event skins, skins i really want to have back.
This hurt my soul

They replied to my support ticket and they keep claiming that there isn’t anything they can do. What they told me to do is to check if I have the correct battle.net account or not and guess what? I DO AND THE SKINS ARE STILL MISSING.
This problem will probably never be fixed. Time to move on…
My D.Va Officer skin and Genji Oni skin never transferred over. And I had to do the bloody Heroes of the Storm challenges for that stuff!
