I used to have 700+ hours on my most played hero (mercy) and the hours suddenly disappeared sometime around a patch last season. Now, I have 408 when i know it isnt my actual hours on her. This also messed up my stats for mercy it says I have a winrate over 100%. I was hoping it would just come back but its been a long time.

Many visuell bugs this season for the profiles thankful those stats are server locked so they are only gone on your side not blizzards side I have the same but for ranks and comp role que statistics wiped from s1-s16 can only see role que for 17 and current
