Greetings,
After the update I noticed that I am missing the Hog Lifeguard skin. This is always my default Hog skin and would very much like it back. I didn’t make any drastic changes to my account at all so I don’t know why I’d be missing it. Please advise, thank you.
Edit: I am also missing the Rescue Run highlight intro. I obtained these through Battlepass I believe since I have the other Lifeguard skins on other characters.

This is also happening to me, but with both the Pharah and Mercy Beach Rescue skins. Prior to the update I had these selected as part of my ‘Random From Favorites’ options, but they no longer appear as they are locked.
With the sheer number of skins I, and many other players, have accumulated over the years, it would be near impossible to remember each skin you’ve unlocked, so any assistance would be appreciated!
I have no idea what other skins I am missing, but I do know I am missing my Beach Rescue skin on Pharah. That’s the only one I play as.
I’m assuming you both have gamepass. These skins are no longer available as the rental skins for gamepass users as you only have access to the last THREE seasons shop skins. The skins have now rotated this new season so those skins are no longer available to use for free.
This has happened to me too, I bought Beach rescue mercy in the shop (prior to xbox game pass being added) and with the new update I no longer own the skin. I checked my battle.net purchases however the skin is not there but I have bank statements proving I made a purchase. I don’t know how this has happened or why it is missing but i’m quite upset. Any help would be appreciated.
I bought these along with the other lifeguard skins, which are still available on my other characters but for some reason Hog lifeguard skin is gone as well as the Beach Rescue highlight intro.
