I am trying to unlock the new characters on my account specifically kiriko and sojourn and i am on the last requirement which is to win 35 games in any mode for both of them and finished them. However it wont give me the last win for both of them even though i finished it. Even the game says i finished it when i hover over the challenge it says 35/35 games won but the challenge itself says 34/35. I tried restarting the game it doesnt work
