Missing hero swap button

Okay so I’m wondering if anyone else is having this issue, where my hero swap key will suddenly disappear. Like the orange bar that says “swap hero” will show up, but in the little box where it shows what key you’ve bound it to, it’s blank. I have tried obviously restarting my game, resetting the keybind, changing the keybind, reinstalling the game, swapping from steam to battlenet, and the only thing that seems to work is playing on a different account???

I seriously thought it was a steam problem but I guess not. I’m sure you guys won’t know 100% how to fix this, but is anyone else at least experiencing it? Because everyone I’ve talked to about this thought it was really weird and was just as confused as I am

Did you have an Echo on your team, or the opposing team?

There’s a nice “Feature” that if she’s copying someone, it disables char swap and you have to wait until the ult is over.

I’m not sure, but it will happen any time during the game, including before the match has actually started. I’ll definitely pay more attention to this though. Checked while in a game, not this unfortunately.
