Like alot of people on here alot of my items are missing, half the heros are locked and have none of my skins. I received the bonus from the watchpoint pack finally. The merge button isnt even there for me nor is a merge que, kinda at my wits end here since i had a lot of stuff unlocked and cant even tell if ill get them back soon.

When i checked my heros again it appears to have awarded me all my heros but im still missing cosmetics and stats
I got the same issue, almost as if i’ve been given a clean slate account. hours of progress and customisation gone, i also have to do a new player introduction to even play matches, this needs to be fixed
