I own OW1 on this same psn account and on OW2 I’m missing everything and the characters are locked as well as if im playing on a new account or something.

Same issue with me and I don’t know what’s going on.
same here. 1700 hors and everything is gone. from what im eading it seems to be an issue with account merging? but i did dat ages ago and it worked fine. But everythings gone. and it seems to be a common issue.
I’m missing my skins, the characters are locked as well and I can only assume it’s because my battle net account has my PS and Switch accounts merged, I’ve honestly lost the motivation to play after losing all that hard work.
