I’ve found out that every time I log out and then sign into Overwatch any currency I had resets.
The initial time I noticed, all my credits, overwatch coins, and 10 prisms were missing. I was level 20 something on the battlepass. Thought it was strange but thought it was maybe a bug in the current moment. I still played and I leveled up to 28 on the battlepass and it gave me 10 prisms, but none of my other currency had registered. I logged out then back in and the prisms were gone. I haven’t logged in today to see if anything has been credited back to my account, but thought I’d see if anyone else has had this issue.
Does anyone know what steps I should take in resolving this issue?
