After this new season has been rolled out, I’ve noticed a significant amount of my hero cosmetics that I personally purchased have appeared as if I never had them available. So much so, I’ve been getting certain skins especially that I’ve purchased throughout playing are being offered to buy in the “just for you” section of the shop. Here is a list of some of the cosmetics I’ve noted are now missing from my owned collections:
- freja’s streetwear skin
- Freja’s dance off emote
- Juno’s music festival skin
- Juno’s shuffle emote
- Illari’s poolside skin
- Illari’s sun-kissed highlight intro
- Mercy’s poolside skin
- Kiriko’s skin - I can’t remember what it’s called but it was white with a blue glow and she had what looked like a dragons mouth
- Widowmaker’s vampire bride skin
- Ashe’s flamingo skin
- Sojourn’s instructor chase skin
- Bastion’s skin - either 8-bit or exo-7 I can’t remember what it’s called
- Reinhardt’s poolside skin
- Junker queen’s poolside skin
- Wu yang’s poolside skin
These are the most important ones I immediately noticed were missing - I understand the possibility that maybe some skins and sets are on rotation, but I thought I’d at least be able to keep the ones I bought to equip. Ultimately, I just want to know what’s happened - most of this happened when I loaded up the game after the season update that introduced sierra occurred on my Xbox. I didn’t log out or change connected profiles whatsoever, nor did I sign into my account somewhere else. I’m just confused why some of my favourite stuff is missing.
