I had the Poolside skins for Ashe and Junker Queen (and probably others but those are who I play the most so where I’ve noticed) last season but after updating to the new season the skin disappeared. For Junker Queen it isn’t even an option to purchase, it’s just fully gone and for Ashe it’s in the list of skins available to purchase. I played in those skins for most of last season so I know I had them, I don’t understand why they’re gone if it’s a bug from the update or what?
Is anyone else having this problem? I play on Xbox and my account has never had an issue like this before.

i got a legendary rein skin last season from a esports lot box and it dissapeared
My pompompurin mercy profile icon is completely gone from the options! and I believe I have some missing skins as well? only noticed ramattra so far

I am also missing at least 2 kiriko skins that I had set as favorites and a lifeweaver skin. I haven’t looked at any of the other characters…They’re not in my list anymore either. Last update, I lost sakura skins that I never got back.
Been using Demon Kiriko skin for a LONG time now and all of a sudden its saying i dont own it too. I legit bought the mythic to match it last season.
Yep, same here. I think pretty much every skin I’ve unlocked from lootboxes is gone. Only reason I realised was I had the Demon skin on Ana and she was reset back to her default after the patch. Checked the rest of her skins and found a bunch I’d unlocked were missing. Same on a few other characters too.
coming back to say i can successfully remember three skins i owned and now all of a sudden theyre unavailable and “sometimes available in the shop”. Kiriko’s Demon Skin, Sym’s Sakura skin, and Illari’s Poolside. Honestly what even happened with this update Game wouldnt load battlepass for an entire day, servers were kicking us, skins and icons missing, key binds not changable. Honestly really disappointed in this update.
Update: I also realized I’m missing emotes I got from loot boxes last season so I’m thinking pretty much everything I got last season might have just been taken away?? Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP!!!

I am glad that I am not the only one with this issue. My two mains are Juno and Illari, and I have skins, sprays, voice lines, and emotes missing for both of them.

That’s EXACTLY how I realized my skins and emotes were missing because I had them equipped and then when I was playing I noticed it had the default selected which I don’t have the default selected for any of my heroes and come to find out the skin was just gone! And then the emotes also disappeared that I had available on my emotes wheel!
Dude this is a bad bug im missing almost 150 skins I had the same thing happen last season but I got it resolved last season by support this season they won’t even acknowledge the bug and a lot of people are having issues with it I’m missing skins that I’ve paid like $30 in a pack or $50 for some packs like I spend too much money on this game for them to steal my skins and mess up my Mercy movement come on

Same, my pompompurin icon is also gone. I submitted a ticket to show it was gone and the stupid ai auto answer thing marked it as resolved without even fixing the problem.
