Missing Cosmetics from Console Legendary Edition after Merge

I no longer have a few cosmetics I once owned on PS4 after Account Merging.

I’m missing Security Chief for Pharah, Strike Commander Morrison for Soldier: 76, Blackwatch Reyes for Reaper, Slipstream for Tracer, and Overgrown for Bastion.

I have the option to purchase all of them with Overwatch Coins EXCEPT for Soldier: 76’s “Strike Commander Morrison” and Tracer’s “Slipstream”.

What can I do to get these skins back? Are they intentionally unobtainable?

I can provide proof that I owned a console version of the Legendary Edition if necessary.

I have the same problem, i had the origins edition on PS4, and these exact skins are available to me on the console version of the game but not on PC

If they’re console-exclusive in some way I’m going to be even more frustrated.

“Strike Commander Morrison” and Tracer’s “Slipstream” and Widowmaker’s “Noir” in my case. I bought the PS4 release day edition disc and had those since day 1. Now those are missing.

I logged on my Playstation and had them equipped and closed the game then logged back to PC and still missing. Those characters had Overwatch 1 default skins equipped instead.

I have the same problem if you find a solution please tell me.

My Origins Edition skins transferred, but Noire is stuck on PS4. This is because Noire is a DLC entitlement on the original platform and isn’t currently getting credited to your Blizzard account.
