I’d like to address a concerning issue that I’ve come across in Overwatch 2 related to competitive ranking and achievements. This bug has affected my gameplay experience, and I’m eager to bring it to the attention of both fellow players and the Blizzard support team.
Bug Description:
During seasons 3 and 5 of Overwatch 2, I achieved and maintained a Platinum rank. Strangely, despite this accomplishment being accurately reflected in my in-game profile, I have not been granted the corresponding achievement or the associated competitive points for reaching Platinum rank in these particular seasons.
Specifics:
Affected Seasons: 3 and 5
Missing Achievement: Platinum Rank Achievement
Absent Rewards: Corresponding competitive points for Platinum rank
Me two for the pass two seasons I haven’t gotten my competitive points or my diamond role challenger title I should have 2000 right now blizzard please fix this!
I have had the exact same problem, on Xbox I placed GM in Role Queue in season 3, and never received the points for it (don’t care about titles). Now this season I was GM in Role Queue again and also in Comp Mystery Heroes. No rewards for either this season. That’s a lot of points I’m missing because of this bug, the devs said they knew about it and were working on it back in S3, but I guess they weren’t.
Was going to report this as well. I won more than 15 games in competitive play last season and when I logged in after the update I got the screen “you ended in diamond 4 tank, platinum 5 damage and diamond 4 support. You will receive Diamond role challenger rewards” then I pressed continue and then got “you ended in grandmaster 4 mystery heroes. You will receive grandmaster 4 mystery heroes reward” then pressed continue again, got the season 6 information. Went to check on the new hero to unlock the gold gun. However I only had 600cp which was the same I had before the season ended so I went to check my profile to see if I’d received the titles however nada. There isn’t a single competitive title unlocked.
Also there is another issue not related to this one, but there isn’t any achievements for the new hero so you can’t unlock the cute and pixel spray even though they are available to look at in the hero gallery
Iv sold my soul to ranked and placed plat 4 role queue, diamond 4 open queue ,and mystery hero’s diamond 2. I didn’t receive my credits or title and it’s not the vibe. This issue needs to be fixed because if it isn’t what’s the point of comp.
Same here. I did not receive rewards for open queue or mystery heroes (this included golden gun points and player title). I have three different accounts and it is the same on each account. Missing about 1000 points and multiple player titles. Please adress.
Estou com o mesmo problema. Apos o final da temoorada 5 eu deveria receber quase 2000 pontos competitivos e isso ainda nao aconteceu,mesmo o jogo me dizendo atraves dos desafios que eu conclui as missoes necessarias para ganhar meus pontos. Jogo over desde 2018 e se nao conseguir resgatar meus pontos competitivos aos fins de temporada sera uma experiência nao muito boa para mim, e acredito que para outros que buscam conquistar suas armas douradas tambem. Espero que isso se resolva logo e com urgência
How’s this still a bug. Stop implementing content and fix ongoing issues for 10 seconds.

Same, I didn’t receive any comp rewards for both role/open or mystery heroes. Honestly it’s so frustrating what’s the point of grinding to get better rank if you don’t get rewarded for it
I don’t think I got any competitive points from last season. When I logged in today after the new update it turns out I’m at 395. My highest rank is Masters on tank, but it said I would get the Diamond rewards for my support and damage, which is fine since I didn’t play any tank games in comp last season anyways. Yet I’m at 395, so it seems I didn’t get either.
are you telling me that you haven’t received rewards since overwatch 1 and nothing has been done about it??? nothing at all??? if player support can’t hand out or check if rewards were received then who will??? guess we’ll all miss out and have to win hundreds of matches just for a weapon skin zzzzzzzzz
Same here. I did not receive any comp rewards for seaon 3, 4 and 5. I didn´t even got the achievement that I achieved a specific rank at the end of the season
