im not getting any comp points when i win. im not sure how long this has been a problem, but i havent been getting any comp points per win. each win i get +10 but then it reverts back to 0 by the time i win another game. i even ended up in -30 somehow until i reached the +100 milestone which brought me back to 80, in which im stuck at

I have the same problem for some reason im not gaining comp points when i win 
I got same problem. every time i win the game the comp point always go from −10 up to 0 
From the bug forums:
Rewards are temporarily disabled. Players will not receive some challenge rewards or Talon vs Overwatch Faction points. This issue also affects prisms, competitive points, and some rewards from the Battle Pass.”
I guess this include winning comp matches.
Same I been playing the whole day and I still have 10 comp points
