I played overwatch 1 on xbox and had almost all the skins in the game and now that overwatch 2 is out I have literally none of it.

I also have an account empty of cosmetics/characters/progress. I played a lot of OW, I still have email receipts of the loot box purchases. I’m hoping that someone will help us figure this issue out.
Has anyone got their cosmetics?
I finally got all my cosmetics back. But now I have the issue of needing to unlock a bunch of characters when I had already purchased OW when it released.
