Tried to merge my account from xbox to PC. Clicked all the right buttons and it even asked me if I wanted to go though with it on my xbox. After I clicked yes it made me a new account and got rid of everything I had and started me from scratch. I’ve had this game from beta and am pretty pissed about it. Not to mention every time I contact blizzard I get a cookie cutter response that does not help in the slightest. So is my account gone or do I have to wait a while because its already been a week.

Same. Your not alone. I literally have the plat trophies on ow1 so like 2000 hours spent. My shirts all gone now… I need help. Blizzard and psn arnt hrlping
Same issue been waiting 3 months plus so far. Doesnt look like well be getting our stuff back.
