Redeeming the OW2 perks for the 3 skins under the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass does not work for PC players. A login on Xbox is required for the full redemption of this reward. At no point during my purchase of the game pass (just for this), to the redemption of the perks is that mentioned anywhere, except for a Blizz Support Ticket opened AFTER the campaign had already gone live.
This is misleading marketing on both Microsoft/Blizzard’s end (and illegal in some jurisdictions). I’m hoping now that the two companies are effectively one, that you can sort this one out between the two of you.
Xbox Game Pass is a feature that works for both PC and Xbox, should be no reason why PC players are hardlocked out of this benefit.
