Despite my near 30 games of playing that mode and even asked others haven’t heard a single person ever getting the Mini Maxing modifier which is the one where it makes all heroes 50% smaller and their HP reduced by 30%.

Ok so I’m not going crazy, I checked the list and can also attest this was the only modifier that never appeared after ~10 games. It also sounds like it would be the most fun, so that’s disappointing.
Dude, I thought it was just me! This has to be bugged, I’ve played at least 30 games of the mode so far and haven’t seen it once.
I’ve never once seen it either, and I almost have the title.
