Hi there Overwatch team. I guess there is an issue with the Midtown map. While none of the maps have loading issues, the Midtown map does not open at all. We observed this situation for a week and I wanted to contact you as the problem did not improve.

I get exactly the same problem…
Every time i’m in Midtown, if i’m lucky i’m in the map when it already started and if i’m not i will be kicked out and ban from ranked games…
It’s always happening and only on the Midtown map.
Can I have a solution / info / settings to use to not have this problem ?
I have an image but i can’t upload it right there, it shows the map loading with the top red banner telling me if i don’t play i will be kicked out of the game.
The year was 2023, January 30 to be exact. Although Blizzard seemed to be hard at work, they had mostly forsaken us on the front of making a playable video game that loads correctly. Will we ever see retribution for the many unnecessary kick/idle timeouts. It’s too soon to tell. But what we do know is that the microtransactions are still functioning mostly as intended, at that’s all that Blizzard could ask for.
As for bug report related stuff, fresh install, just started playing OW2 2 days ago. Still haven’t seen what midtown looks like. Guess I need to start streaming so that my game can load it.
