It’s about time middle eastern players have their own servers especially for the PS4. Call me racist or whatsoever, I’ve had my fair share of toxic people but I’m sorry players from the ME region are the worst.
Out of 10, I meet 7 ME players who refuse to speak in English no matter how much I tell them to. I’m from Singapore, South East Asia and everyone speaks English just fine. Met other SEA region players and heck yeah they are toxic AF but at least they can still communicate in English.
And if you don’t speak in English, then why are you playing a game that has an international reach? The amount of times I’ve heard some guy yelling Dva Dva Dva (something in Arabic). DVa what? DVa low? DVa flanking? It makes 0 sense.
Just got out of a match with 4 players who didn’t even once listen to my plea of speaking English. I can’t handle this attitude of theirs. And half the time I’m not sure if they are yelling at each other or me or giving out important callouts. Pretty sure it’s the former 90% of the time.
I’ve made my fair share of friends from the ME who speak great English but then again, it’s just the majority who are ruining the image. Also, don’t they get like 100+ ping while connecting to the Asian servers?

Same thing here in Europe, PS4. Most of my bad player experiences occur with KSA players. I had to block messages from strangers because they would either send me toxic messages or spam me with Arab messages that I can’t read. I also stopped joining voice chat since either no ones there or it’s KSA players speaking Arab only or very poor English.

So it’s blizzards fault for not giving them servers even though many play from that region

Wow.
You know, I’m 100% in favor of middle eastern servers, since I can’t get anything below 80 ping in Israel and I suspect that the Gulf people have it even worse.
But you went and turned what should be a no brainer pro-consumer move into a bigoted rant.
Kudos for making me agree AND reject your suggestion at the same time, I guess.

Bigoted rant? How am I bigoted? If you want you can see the amount of messages I’ve gotten in Arab saying god knows what. It’s full of them.
Now how is that my fault? For not speaking their language? And when they don’t listen to speak in English even if it’s weak when I tell them to? And then send hateful messages in another language to their personal PSN?

Except that its hardly a unique trait for Arabs or arabic speakers.
There’s plenty of people who don’t speak english as their primary language.
Also, just in general - why would middle eastern people choose to play on the US server ?

cause blizz doesn’t give you the choice of picking your server, you can’t play on PSE1 ( 90 ping to 80 ping ) without getting connected to the US (200 ping)
Wait - so on console you can’t pick regions like you can on PC ?
Honest question, I don’t really know.
On PC for example I always pick EU because I get bad Ping on US.

Why do you give a crap what language the messages are in? I don’t understand what bothers you so much. It’s like you’re making it out to be the middle easterns are the only toxic people on OW and they should be lumped up together. A lot of koreans don’t speak English. I don’t see you ranting about that. You said they spoke poor English but at least some of them are trying. It sounds to me that your problem goes further than what you’re giving. You probably have a personal grudge against Arabs and want nothing to do with them whastsoever. Get your sh*t together dude.

if you switch to the american server you will get 80 ping at best sometimes when they decided to connect you to pse1
Only Arabs can’t speak English? what about koreans? french ? koreans don’t even bother to speak in english so what the hell are you talking about from where i can gather it seems like you dont want arabs in your games but let me tell you something does arabs even have the choice to choose their servers? they dont even have servers in their own theyre forced to play in the eu or singapore i’m sorry but you’re kinda being racist and you probably holding a grudge towards the arab players and why do you care about the messages? i get that alot from french people and i just simply say " sorry i don’t speak french" or “no parles francais” its not that hard
Again, most Chinese and Japanese players complains about the Koreans in their ranked games saying they shotcalls and speaking in Korean only and here again i say not everyone can speak fluent English at least they’re trying, i don’t see why you’re implying only Arabs can’t speak English while the Koreans are the worst in English you’re being arrogant and biased.
