Mid game keep crashing

Hi support team

Please help me to fix the problem. I got random Blizzard Error. " The application encountered an unexpected error.
code : 24C1292D-E647-4F01-ADF0-582CABB3413F
It happened to me last couple months.

What I did.

  1. All drivers are up to date.
  2. Install a flash Windows 10 Pro
  3. I tried different Ram.

Here is the Dxdiag
mSeUr1Rp

Nothing works. Please help.

I can’t read the error codes, only their staff can. But I can read a DxDiag. A few things I noticed:

Mismatched DPI can cause weird behavior:

User DPI Setting: 106 DPI (110 percent)
System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)

Other than that, there are 10 errors from the nVidia driver:

Event Name: APPCRASH
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: nvcontainer.exe
P2: 1.27.2835.6155
P3: 5eb2f12d
P4: NvBackend64.dll

In this case, I recommend removing drivers from Display Driver Uninstaller to absolutely clean it all out, then installing an older version from July or August.

Hi Nicole
Thank you for your suggestion. I used DDU to uninstall the driver and reinstall a older Nvidia video card driver 442.74.
Here is the new Dxdiag 5Ci9TE7P
new Error code is C339B0CF-9D5E-4E23-BD9E-B29CD635610E
Please help. I can’t play any completive game.

Don’t queue for Competitive modes until you figure this out. The penalties can’t be reversed.

Problem signature:
P1: Corsair.Service.DisplayAdapter

Do you have an on-screen stats thing with your Corsair software? If so, try disabling that.

Event Name: APPCRASH
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: MsMpEng.exe

This is Microsoft’s Windows Defender. Check for Windows updates, which include includes for this app. Make sure Overwatch is allowed to run, or you’re running it with admin access.

I think this GPU crash is from the Corsair or Windows Defender causing the issue.

Hi. Because I was installed a clean windows 10 before. nothing install yet expect the GPU driver and the game. Overwatch still crash. I don’t think it’s the Corsair software.
For the Windows defender. how can I fix that ? thank you again

I don’t know the steps off-hand for adding exceptions to Windows Defender, but the staff via the ticket system might be able to help, or Microsoft since it’s their product.

It’s possible another system issue is happening, like a power supply problem, if the GPU is continually crashing with nothing else installed.
