I have been playing since 2017. My account name on Xbox is The Rezso. The account is linked to a battle.net account. The emails are verified and are similar for both the Xbox account and the battle.net account. When I logged in, my account was brand new. Default settings, no skins, level 1. I’m worried my account got lost or didn’t merge properly. Is anyone else having this issue with their accounts merging? What can I do? Blizzard please help.
