Merged button missing? But replaced with the store?

I had been playing the game earlier and it said my account was in queue to be merged it was 160000th place in the queue.So I turned the game off as I had other things that needed doing came back 30 minutes and waited an hour and a half in another queue to get back in the game and when I did the merge button was gone and the shop button had been added. I checked my hero gallery to see if the merge was successful and nothing. I merged my only Xbox account with all my ow1 data to my battle net account and got nothing. Please fix this fast blizzard this is truly unacceptable

I logged in to overwatch 2 after doing a account merge and I unlocked characters I didn’t have and locked characters I did have and now I can’t unlock them anymore because I don’t have hero challenges anymore

I had the same problem as well

I just loggged in and it fixed. Except for the challenges

same, and i cant play because the the gamemodes are locked with “play other fame nodes to unlock”

Same thing just happend to me, i can only do training

UPDATE Just got back in after waiting in a queue since putting up the original thread and I’m back in the merge queue in a comfortable 150000 place and the store button is nowhere to be seen.
