Honestly the most fun cohealer for Mercy is Zenyatta. They can peel for each other, and the healing is nice and consistent. I am so HYPED right now!!

wait they are nerfing Ana healing ohnonono I am scared why do they always have to do this, this is what happened last support patch when they buffed Ana and nerfed Mercy to 50 HPS nonono

Disagree, baptiste gives mercy access to high ground even if noone else on her team has mobility, and immortality field can garuntee getting a res off. Zens easier and therefore more popular though so whatever.

I really hope they only reduce her burst heal by 5 per second. The stronger Ana is, the less likely Mercy is to get this buff reverted :eyes:

I guess it makes sense though, Ana got 4 more ammo + heal through allies + a nano healing buff so she’s way more consistent so if her HPS is taken from 75 to 70 I won’t be too upset and Mercy still won’t replace her in brawl…I hope

I am perfectly ok with an ana healing nerf if she keeps her utility tbh. I just want to be able to keep my ability to make big plays with her

God, I adore playing Zen. I hope the discord revert is enough for him to be meta, but I don’t know. There’s a lot of focus on just pure healing output and less about utility these days. We’ll see. I think it depends a lot on what Mercy’s buff is. If it’s a pure healing buff, then perhaps, but Jeff was kind of stutter-y when talking about it, which makes me think it might be a percentage heal thing based on percentage of health missing, so that she’s a better tank healer. (Which would still be fine, but might make Zen-Mercy harder.)

Also depends on what the Moira changes and Ana nerf is. If those two get messed up, then it’s entirely possible we’re heading towards a Mercy-Zen dive meta again. Either way, I’m excited! I love Ana, but I wouldn’t mind swapping up the healers I play for a time. :slight_smile:

Unless they directly nerf ana’s healing and moira’s healing. Mercy’s single target healing will IMO never be better than them.
