December 8 is my birthdate
I have a small simple request
can Mercy wish me a happy birthday in-game ether when I log in or during gameplay as a either an emote or a voice line
please Blizzard and Dev team
Wait actually why don’t they make it a feature? On your birthday you get an equippable happy birthday voiceline from the hero you have the most hours on?
well that’s basically what I’m asking is if Mercy can say “Happy Birthday Quan”
to me when I log in or have them add it as a voice line on a specific player’s birthdate with the hero of their choice it did not has to be their main hero by the way
but for me, since I main and Love Mercy deeply I want her to wish me a Happy Birthday

I dont think they can say happy birthday by name that wouldnt be worth the cash they’d need to input, but just a simple happy birthday works too.
It’d be non-accessible until your bday, and it would be easy to implement.

A “happy birthday” from your most played hero on your birthday would be awesome and super sweet.
But a custom voiceline for everyone?
VAs would literally have to record millions of voicelines. That’s not even a hyperbole.

Yeah that’s uh, not happening dude.
But, I reckon you could get in touch with Mercy’s voice actress herself and ask her to record a short 5-10 second video wishing you a happy birthday in Mercy’s voice, I’m sure she must a have a Twitter or something you can use to message her.
