Still outshines Moira, Lucio, Ana, Brigitte
The main issue is her impact for effort.
Due to her consistency she outheals both Moira and Ana severly with minimal effort.
Even GM Ana’s can’t really outheal mercy.
Now I’m not here to bash mercy, Infact when my dps slot is filled, she is my go to support hero. I never use anything else (maybe brigitte if we already have mercy and they have dive comp)
The changes I think she needs:
• Reduce healing from 60hp/s back to 50hp/s
• The cooldowns shouldn’t countdown whilst dead
• Increase blaster projectile speed from 40m/s to 60m/s
We take away some of her power in healing category and make her blaster more usable in self defence.
