I want a fancy epic where Mercy is a honeybee.
Fluffy collar,
Black-and-yellow striped armor w/a honey-colored apron
Honeycomb staff,
And a pair of antenna instead of a halo.
It would be super cute and fit Mercy’s gameplay to a T. Mercy already makes bee-lines across the battlefield, pollinating reviving dead bodies and overall staying busy as a bee!

Yeah I’d like to see more wing variations.
Would love a Dragon skin like Sym’s… but with wings.
And I best a Rime skin would look siiick! 
She needs a dragon skin (along with Moira maybe). Zarya and Symm both have one and they are beam heroes like her. The other flying hero, Pharah, also has a dragon skin. It only makes sense to give Mercy one

I do too, I am not saying she should match their Lunar new year style. I am just saying the 3 dragons skins we have, are all on characters related to her, so it makes sense she gets one

Seems as some of those are a bit of a stretch. Mercy skins usually stay pretty close to the original for the reason that no other skins in the game are a stretch. No one else has a omnic skin/ human skin (for the omnics). It’s because blizzard likes to keep them close enough so that people don’t get confused. Reverse skins would be cool but I doubt they will be added.
I’m sure I heard Jeff and much of the team mention how if the success and demand for more Blizzard tie-ins to OW is what people wanted, then they expected more of it. So many decent skin ideas to go with including Mercy as Auriel or Reinhardt as Imperius for examples.
Then again this was when Blizzworld went live in January 2018 and, coincidentally enough, that was the same time period the team dropped any real additional content updates to the game in favor of working on OW2. So besides Demon Hunter Sombra (Monk Doomfist wasn’t really a Blizz reference), it should be no surprise the Blizz tie-ins are dried up or being saved for the sequel.

A primarily white skin, feathery wings, flowy dress, actual halo. (And not like the Snow Angel halo, one that hovers more.)

Zarya looks like an Omnic.
Zen has a squid for a head, or is a nutcracker, or…
Roadhog is a dissolved skull in a bubble helmet.
Sym is a Hindu god, or a demon.
Phara is holding her head.
I think the game could allow for Mercy to be a little more creative in what her skins are.
Or maybe I misunderstood your post, and you just want to read about what you want.
