Mercy’s Flash Heal ability has been moved to a completely separate ability cooldown now and doesn’t share it with Rez anymore. So you no longer have to worry about using Flash Heal in case someone dies and you need to Rez.
Should’ve been like this from the beginning but glad they separated it.

I have no idea why it’s not in the patch notes, but they changed flash heal to heal 50 health normally and 150 health on targets below half health. In exchange it has its own cooldown. This happened yesterday.
Oh so the health given was buffed and changed, but the CD’d being separated was in S15?
No, kongajinken is just mistaken about it being like that in season 15.
Old (S15): Flash Heal heals for 150 health and puts resurrect on a 15 second cooldown
New (S16): Flash Heal heals for 50 health tripled on heroes below half health and has an individual 15 second cooldown
