Mercy/Res fix idea

Res is strong - too strong. There’s nothing worse than getting a res and then getting destroyed by said ress’d played. I just thought of this idea while playing QP today. I don’t know if this has been brought up before but I think it would make for an interesting change.

Suggested fix:

Your character is not at full strength after getting ressed. It would be a time based structure and you would become stronger over the next few seconds and eventually reach full strength.

Something like this:

After 1 seconds, you are at 33% damage/healing.
After 2 seconds, you are at 66% damage/healing.
After 3 seconds, you are at back to your full character strength.

You cannot use your ultimate until you are back at full strength.

Of course, the numbers are all relative and can be adjusted as seen fit.

Thoughts?

That’s a net nerf to Rez. Mercy needs buffs at this point
