You can keep damage boosting all you want but if it’s not helping then switch to bap or zen so you can actually contribute thanks.

Why would they swap from a main support to a flex support
If Mercy isn’t working they should probs swap to Brig

Well everyone should have an alternate for the times that someone picks their main hero. I think my Mercy, Ana, Bap, Brig and Lucio are all decent but the more I play I just think that Mercy and Ana is a sufficient pool to cover 95% of scenarios on ladder. In theory Lucio would be great with the Reins, JQs and Ramms we see but in practice the DPS are usually poke and the tanks don’t rush with or without speed so Mercy is more effective.
Things that make me want to swap and definitely not ignore you out of spite, obviously.
