I want Mass Rez to come back but I understand why people don’t want it. If they don’t revert her than they should at least revert some of the nerfs they gave her.

thats why its an ult and not a permanent thing lol. quishy support zen can use ult to heal so said team too.

I guess at this point just delete our Guardian Angel. Everyone hates her, yet forces one on to their team. /sigh

Do you not get what I’m trying to say? Mercy is a solo target healer. Any iteration of AoE heals whether it be in her ult or in her kit, would not make sense for her. Also, Blizzard have never officially said that Zen is a solo target healer given that he has had his ult since his release. He’s more or less a hybrid. Why Mercy can’t be a hybrid? Because Blizz already confirmed that she is supposed to be a solo target healer.

no i get what you’re saying but tell me this, what is the difference between rezzing your 5 dead teammates and an ult that tries to prevent their deaths? its a freaking ult, it doesnt matter how it does it job, it just does it. both of them obviously need a good time to attempt but at least one of them wont get dps crying to get the mass rez removed while other one actually gets the mercy to use her brain to position herself and countered.

I’ll just post what I always post in hopes more people see it.

Rez is too strong, and now they’re actively nerfing the rest of her kit to keep Rez in her kit, while ALSO occasionally nerfing Rez. I don’t care how hard they try, unless they truly do some disgusting nerfing Rez will always be valuable. She’ll be a truly horrible rez-only bot before it stops being useful.

Remove rez, Give her a more fun and interesting E. Maybe a fun piece of mobility to compliment her “Healer with the highest mobility and lots of flying around” theme. No, Rez is not a “core” of her character. Her lore has nothing to do with it. It’s purely a gameplay mechanic that the original Mercy mains latched onto.

i wouldnt mind a new ability but trust me, people will rage if rez is gone lol. Merging it with valk should be reasonable because it’ll no longer be a cd ability.

Hopefully more pros speak up about it. Nerfing Mercy back to 50hp/s isn’t going to solve any problems.

A revert is the only solution to this mess. Or a removal of res entirely, which doesn’t seem a viable option without destroying Mercy’s identity.

Its easy. It works the exact same way as her current rez does, the sciency way at least. But instead of it being, well. Instantly casted(with a channel time) like it is now. Mercy would just put a halo like object that does the rezzing instead once the target dies(Heart stops, organs no longer working or something).

think of it like this: Instead of instantly drinking water from the “thingy that produces water in your home”(Whatever its called, I forgot geez. Don’t blast me for it), you pour it into a glass and then drink it when you become thirsty(I;E the equivalent of you dying in-game).

“Mercy puts her ressurection into a physical object that then latch onto target ally, releasing the rezz once the target dies within a certain time period”. Or something along those lines. I don’t see how the concept is more or less any scientifically different from her current rezz really.

I disagree. The thing Mercy is mainly known for is “Heroes never die!”

Take away Ressurect and she wouldn’t be the same.

Raising a full team doesn’t sound any more appealing😂

Maybe if it was very hard to use and be affective with and didnt work half the time, that might just work🤔

It could be more balanced if the enemy was ressed at half health or a % of their health instead of full. Or with some sort of status effect for a couple of seconds.

My say on res is to make targets require LOS (No hiding behind walls and ressing 5). Give it a .5s cast time.

woah really? didnt know that :stuck_out_tongue: just moving rez in ult sounds better than old mercy to me. id much rather be more engaging than trying to escape tons of enemies chasing me for having a valuable ult and if i get that mass rez, they’d complain for it being op.
