Because maybe they want to play dps? Blame the system and yourself for your perceived notion of what others should be playing, not others.

Why is it always the mercy mains who get called out? A DPS player could also do terribly on their main character, but if it happens to be a mercy player? ‘Boosted one trick!’

Also this. If you just play mercy you’re called a garbage one trick. If you try other roles you’re ‘throwing’ because you aren’t playing your main.

I know at times i get the same with people i usually play with concerning Bastion. i feel for Mercy mains you guys get it far more than i do and almost constantly

So people can only pick their most played hero every time? News flash, you can play any hero you wish at any time.

Also maybe they are gaming the system by picking a hero they aren’t good at and hope to place much lower then climb with their main. It’s the best people can do to place low without “throwing”.

Because after playing Mercy/Moira/Baptiste for eight straight games I just wanted to try playing Symmetra on Paris defense… aaaaand our Doomfist just started throwing because I’m not the healer this round. How lovely.

people are over always going support to help the team out, just like tanks.
I for one am over it and have been dpsing a lot. Suck it up as its not going to change.
