They are never gonna answer and it’s time to accept it. We will get a change in 2019. They are just going to ignore us because they are doing something to our hero. Remember when they ignored Symmetra for an eternity and then gave her another rework or when they ignored Sombra and gave her one or the time the ignored Skatta and gave us Hanzo 2.0. When they work on a hero they ignore them
It is time to play the waiting game and making forums that complain about the neglect is not going to fix this issue. Just shut up and wait.

Nobody has to accept anything. We can just continue humbly requesting that they address this major problem and surely, eventually, they will realize it is a relatively high priority and talk about it. They have ignored Reaper and Bastion, and still nothing. Doubt they are reworking three characters at once, fam. That is just hopeful thinking.

i get that, I’m no mercy main, but i do play her and it is frustrating sitting back hearing the devs say it is a successful rework even though they nerfed it 14 times

I can give you a 2 forums and plenty of replies I have made based on that. I used to complain about her state and want an answer, but I have realized it will never come. It is time to play the waiting game just like others in the past. The game might take forever, look at Symmetra.
I’ll complain while I’m waiting otherwise the message maybe forgotten.
You can complain, but never expect an answer. This might have been worded wrong. Hold them accountable for their bad judgement, but never expect them to care.
This is like telling the Bastion mains to just “Ask nicely”
And “Wait for once”

I still think some of them care even if they are forced to be silenced by others.
Same with Roadhog btw. No word from the devs for months, not until weeks before they are ready to fix the problem.
As a Reaper main I’ve been waiting ever since the Beyblade meta ended, that’s nearly 2yrs so I’m sure the Mercy mains can wait a bit and let other heroes who actually need buffs/reworks receive them.
Yes Mercy got a lot of balancing in the past years.
But we got the nerfs for a rework none of us wanted.
Another thing to consider. We have 7 healers, 3 of them are main healers, with Mercy being a very bad choice, there are only 2 you can really pick. for DPS you have 15. Yes it sucks if your main is bad, but you still have a lot of viable choices.
My DPS main is Mei, she sucked and was neglected for a really long time.
