Whenever I go to use ‘c’ for the communication menu it doesn’t work. Same with my keybinded callouts. It only does it on Mercy. Anyone else?
Double check your Hero Specific Controls, Mercy has Hero specific settings which can cause Button changes in the All Heroes control scheme to not apply to Mercy, if those settings aren’t the “Default” option.
I’ll check, but this just started happening after the Halloween update.
The Halloween update changed Mercy’s Guardian Angel target setting, so it is likely caused by it.

This was the cause ! My keybinds for the communication menu were switched to M instead of C, and my ‘need healing’ keybind was reset to X. It only happened on Mercy but it was a quick fix.
