Given the fact that EeveeA has been a GM Mercy main since forever, and only dropped to Master with the last nerfs, I’d say Mercy isn’t where she’s supposed to be. If the best Mercy players in the world can’t maintain rank with her, anymore, while they could do so with every previous iteration (both pre- and post rework), I think that’s a clear indication the hero needs attention.
