You won’t understand if GA was harsh/bad change just because you see Mercy in all games. They care about numbers. More losses than before? More deaths than before?

Stats in general. Mercy is the most popular hero out there. Ofc you would see her in every game even if they nerf her ultra hard.

Zenyatta shouldn’t have 100% uptime on discord orb, it should be an on-cooldown ability that stays on someone for x amount of time. He currently doesn’t have a downside to using it

Oh theres a name for that! I think it’s called Sojourn.
You could have applied every buff to her without any of the negative changes at all and nerfed Sojourn into the ground solving the problem.

Its also true that Brigitte is still in every game.
Its also true that Ana is still in every game.
Its also true that those 3 are worthless and end with a worse kda than Kiriko and Lucio and healing a quarter of those.

Then you’re also a huge fan of the Mercy pocket playstyle.

If you want Mercy to do anything but pocket someone, she needs the mobility to get in and to get out.

I mean, my bottomline with that is anybody who doesn’t want them to take the needed steps to fix Matchmaking gets two choices:

  • Deal with it
  • Quit

They aren’t financially important enough for Blizzard to care either way.

Mercy is stronger than before against anything that doesn’t one-shot and is 50x better at pocketing tanks. Its hilarious. She still never dies (use her mobility properly and she zips insane distances and heights and is unkillable by so many characters) but now the healing output under 50% is just completely insane.

I’m so sick of the support favoritism jesus christ.

I’ve been highly critical of mercy mains and their immature reactions to the mercy situation, but I’m an honest person. Mercy is very accessible but her skill ceiling is actually quite high. She’s mostly about smart decision making but there is mechanical skill in movement tech that you probably don’t even know exists. There’s a massive difference between an intelligent mercy and a stupid one.

The only actual no skill heroes are bastion moira and junk
