I see posts at the top of these forums saying shes both insanely underpowered and over powered xD
All I know is I love having a pocket mercy on hit scan or pharah or even Genji, heck, what dps hero would you not want a pocket mercy on?

Honestly, and this coming from me might be a surprise, I think she needs a bit of a buff and oddly enough, I’d say she needs either 60 hps back or a way to increase her healing output momentarily
She feels somewhat out of place currently specially because other healers bring more to the table, I think the nerf on ult charge hit her kind of hard, you can’t ult as often to increase your hps which in turn makes Mercy feel very challenging to do well with
I think Mercy can use a buff anywhere now, not necessarily on her hps output, even a decrease in rez channel would work
I still have Vietnam flashbacks from when she was the most broken hero in ow history after rework and half of my friends quit the game :/.
So iam just scared but you are probably right.

Was about to flame someone. 
Not Mercy as an entire character. More so Rez as a thing itself then I agree. 
Rez can’t be balanced as a cooldown ability and that’s the mf TEA

I finally got 200hrs for mercy in all modes. Can’t wait for 300.

Mercy is fundamentally not a character that should be in the game. She defies the logic of having to play well and play in position as a team. She herself becomes a pocket for whatever person is the best or can do the most damage and it makes low skill players 2x better just by having a little beam on them. I have never seen a game that supports people just abusing game mechanics to get easy wins. When a character is able to win a game by itself, its considered broken, but when a character can heal, damage boost, and then rez that person who is playing a broken hero, it destroys whatever fun there is in the game and makes everyone have to kill that mercy, who on most occasions is hiding behind shields, a dps, and 2 tanks with a main healer watching the enemy teams every attempt to kill that mercy. She herself inst really broken, but she is a literal steroid for other characters who are and it ruins what little happiness remains in the game. Even in low masters games she still sits there and feeds her dps and makes them able to kill whole teams which goes against the very fundamentals of every game with a class system ie tanks, dps, healer. Ive finished my crazed rambling, but i cannot express how cancerous she is and how crumby this game has become because of crap like this in the game.
