that is all

Good. (Alone clapping)

Actually, not good. She really is low on healing…

thats the point, shes an off healer now and should be played as such until blizzard wakes up and buffs her and lets face it thats not happening for a while

Mercy is supposed to be a main healer, The Devs literally said it themselves. So, no.

I only pick her if someone else picks ana or moira, of not, I pick one of them then get yelled at for not picking mercy bc of my hours _-(:3 」∠)

So I pick her, then get yelled at because everyone is dying and i can’t mercy with just a zen anymore so I end up switching like I wanted to when the match starts

10 hp/s nerf was a bit too much. Maybe if she were 55 hp/s healing, then the situation could have been much better.

shes supposed to be but unfortunately she isnt anymore

Word of God (Jeph) says that she’s supposed to have the highest healing output in the game.

So, no, she’s not an offhealer. She’s just a really, really bad main healer.

yes. she is an off healer right now… but she shouldn’t be is the thing. other off healers (like brig and zen) are off healers because they allow for you to do damage alongside their heals. they’re hybrid heroes. mercy isn’t. her main job is to heal. and now she doesn’t have the capability to do that in the position she should be in and still be useful to the team unless you’re a godlike mercy player. so while you’re right, you shouldn’t be right, and i hope overwatch does something about how busted she is right now…

Her problem was never her healing, Ress being both the best and worse ability in the game is, and the way they dealt with it was making her healing so bad, people will die all the time, keeping Ress on constant cooldown.

If they wanted it to be a mini ult, they should treat it like a mini ult and let us charge it, instead of stunning ourselves for 2s while screaming “KILL ME!”…

A rework that made the hero worse in about every aspect, that’s good game design right there.

I have absolutely been picking Mercy when flexing to heals over the last three weeks, and will continue to play her in the main healer role with success. The hatred stemming from the forums only makes me want to play her more often.

Just ignore them and pick Moira/ana since the beginning. People who look at public profiles and refuse to let you play anything but your main don’t even look at profiles properly. I have 200h on mercy and 130h+ on ana, and I still get yelled at for choosing ana instead of mercy .

I’ve even had games where I pick ana and someone yells about me being a trash mercy main so I should pick mercy, but I stick to ana and by the end of the game the enemy team is just giving me praise. Teammates opinions are overrated.

I usually end up switching eventually but I don’t like fighting and arguing with certain teammates it’s like fighting against a riptide, sometimes it’s easier to just go along with it and adjust course later.

she’s a pocket healer/ buffer and the nerf was fine.

Problem with her is that she’s supposed to be an easy support that players in lower ranks can easily run, yet she also requires for her team to take less damage and taking too much damage is exactly what lower ranked players do.

But that doesn’t make her an off-healer. She just stopped being good at every situation. Remember that Ana NEEDS to be better than Mercy in the majority of situations. Mercy is still good at pocketing vulnerable long range heroes, like Pharah, Widowmaker, Mccree and Zenyatta. (Ironically, despite all the memes about her team not protecting Mercy, Mercy is the one that’s supposed to be protecting.)

If you honestly think she’s an off-healer, you simply don’t understand this game’s mechanics and characters’ abilities/capabilities. Mercy is by far the best main healer. She will literally always be the best healer.
