Dva sure, but Zarya? Is Zarya generally seen as a popular hero or has she mostly been a necessary evil all her life? People play her because she fits in most metas and is a solid tank with a kit that counters or helps, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a fandom around Zarya like the ones that exist for Mercy, Dva, Genji, Sym.
And I say this as her being my absolute favourite tank, I’ve never seen people simp for Zarya like they do for Mercy/Dva.

This game is not a dating game so you can’t really talk about who ppl simp for…that just doesn’t make any sense.
Ow is about meta, teamplay and who you switch to counter.
And it’s also about how many ppl play that specific hero that determine how popular a hero is, not how many wants to date them.
Isn’t sym like one of the LEAST played heroes? Pretty sure zarya has more players
Maybe because it is one of the most popular heroes our there? With the largest amount of Mains… That will buy said skin…
But I guess, the answer is to make skin that will make less money, rather than skin for her… Yeah I see nothing going wrong with that strat OP…

But you have to take into consideration fan popularity not just pick rate simply putting it dva is my favorite tank and i play zarya i would spend money on dva skin and not zarya they arent going to put something out they dont think people will spend money on rn

It’s delusional that you think Mercy is neglected.
This year she got a lunar new years skin, an owl skin, a remix skin and a BP in season 1. She doesn’t need to get a cosmetic every single time they release things. There are 34 other heroes in the game.

3 of the heroes you mentioned are new heroes with very few cosmetics.
They also each only got 1 default legendary as opposed to the two that OW1 heroes got.
OW1 heroes had 4 legendaries with their release. Two models with two color variations.
The “default” legendaries for OW2 characters are also lower quality. Kiriko’s athletisure skin should honestly be classified as an epic. Same exact weapon model, same hairstyle with minor changes to her outfit.
Imagine complaining about not getting skins just when getting more skins.

Did i ever said that tho? But yeah…It actually is okay for pharah to get 2 skins, as long as it isn’t mercy since she has so many skins already.
So pretty much you are just one of those typical biased haters who will always hate when mercy gets a skin but ok with others getting more skins.
Ever since ow2 did you know mercy has only gotten 1 legendary skin, while other heroes like hog, pharah, genji, widow, tracer, mei, echo, hanzo, lucio, zenyatta, reaper are already having 2+ skins in just the first 2 seasons?
But yeah in your mind, lets hate on mercy for getting one new legendary skin in ow2, which also might i add doesnt have anything new in season 2 BP, either.

…not a fan of this new skin anyway tbh so let’s not count it…? 
+1 Other heroes already have 2 legendary in OW2 + some epic and she only has 1 legendary (even heroes have repeated in S2, having already obtained legendary in S1, the ones you mentioned).
It would be his first skin in the OW2 store, it could have been a quality legendary, but we’ll have to settle for this epic (which I hope will come with some new emote or victory pose).
I guess the skin will come in some future update (maybe in January or February).

That mask is a tragedy.
Without it it looks like she’d have a bland but classic navy white skin with a cute bit of decoration with the filigree on the chest.

No i’m literally not lol, i’ve been a mercy one trick support for a while since ow1 and now and have talked about how much i’m obsessed with her and i really do love her as well, she still is my fave support to play and i’m always excited to see her getting more skins.
I’m just not one of you ppl who has their eyes clouded and can’t see that she’s literally the one getting sooooo much attention over the years.
She and i guess reaper maybe mei, genji and tracer?? Are the only heroes that has alot of skins over the years, but mercy has literally recieved skin after skin after skin.
And don’t let me get started on the fanbase she has on twitter 
in ow1 all you would see under event trailers were mercy mains nagging and begging for mercy to get skins EVERY TIME! I even heard mercy mains would give death threats to ppl working in blizzard if she didn’t get any skins.
I love mercy with my entire being and soul but always seeing mercy mains putting her on a pedistol and acting like she’s above everyone else and like she’s the only one that deserves skins, and you turn a blind eye and can’t see an issue with it is really annoying.
So yes when it comes to mercy and skins i am a little hopeful that mercy isn’t getting any more skins for a while because other heroes deserves it more than her.
Sigma, torb and zarya has yet recieved skins since ow2 has been released so i think it’s time blizzard turn their attention to them instead of giving mercy anything…
