I have been tracking across the forums, social communities, and general reactions. There is no denying that some players don’t like it, but I have seen a lot of support for it both in the live game and Competitively. Still Blizzard will have a better idea that you or myself will know to the success of running hero pools.

All im seeing in high diamond/low masters is mercy and ana/moira no brig nor bap these two poor dumped heroes
I was actually able to play Bap and Brig this week without being called a thrower for not playing Ana or Moira.
I REALLY hate that these two heroes are mandatory, especially Moira. I really hope they do something to balance them, because it’s really exhausting being forced into a hero I like playing (Ana) every match or playing a hero that I despise and puts me to sleep (Moira).

This is a miracle! my games recently is not that great full of throwers and leavers considering im a brig main its ana or i’ll throw and that actually happend
They’re terrible in general IMO, not even just for support.

I hope they balance Ana and Moira soon. It’ll be nice when we have more options of what we can play as support at a given time. This Ana + Moira dominance has been going on for so long…

I mean with Echo being unbanned, Mercy was going to be the most used support that week anyways
LOL, good thing I am playing QP almost exclusively.
These claims about ana being skilled are sadly not true… i can’t believe they’re giving too much credit for her so does moira this hero i just can’t stand her her kit is too forgiving and she didn’t get the brig/mercy treatment yet its either they rework her or move her to the dps category her kit is literally screaming dps

I’d have to disagree there. That’s honestly how I feel about Moira.
IMO Ana does take skill. It’s just…not grounds for dominating the rest of the support cast for as long as she has. And Moira is the opposite - she takes little skill for the effort she gets and in turn has a low skill ceiling.
Neither should be must-picks for this long. It’s annoying.

I just hate when im being forced to play ana she is too boring to me at least these must pick argument is making me sick and this is happening to me when i play tank too there is always that toxic zarya telling me to pick rein
To each their own, honestly. That’s how I feel about Moira. I guess we’re both suffering on opposite sides of the same problem lol

You’re right. I just singled out support because I’ve been noticing supports struggling with not getting to play the support that they normally would in a specific comp. Since the roster is so small.
It really sucks when I play dps and they restrict two hitscans, but I still have a bit more freedom.
I hope hero pools go, or get set to owl only.

How many times has mercy been banned? Because McCree and Widow have been banned every other week for 5 weeks in a row now. But right, mercy players should be upset
