The DPS passive is getting it’s heal reduction increased to 25% and now lasts an extra second.
This was probably done to indirectly nerf the ridiculous amount of burst healing powercreep that’s taken over the game, but… It also means that Mercy’s in-combat healing is a paltry 45hps. That’s barely more than a Zen orb.
I’m sick of Mercy catching strays every time the devs decide on a workaround solution instead of just directly nerfing the actual problem.
