Am i the only one finding it a bit weird this HI was given to Mercy?? Illari was literally there with a cat skin too.
Why does hero with 10 highlight intros gets another one but the only hero in the game to have just two highlight intros doesn’t get one??

It will probably sell a lot more on mercy. Going to see way more kitty mercy than ilari.

Eh, I’m glad it didn’t waste one of Illari’s precious chances at getting something. The highlight should be cute but the execution is pretty off-putting.
And when are you going to see a Mercy POTG???

Ironically, we’re more likely to see an Illari PoTG than a Mercy one. But to answer your question, Mercy keeps the lights on over there at Blizzard.

It’s minor so I don’t care that much, but I think it would’ve been better if it was given to Pharah since it’s a Shaq reference and Pharah seems to get the basketball items.

Because mercy players will buy the bundle that includes a highlight intro they’ll never see so blizzard gets more doubloons.
