As most of us likely know already, if the devs end up buffing Mercy, they’ll buff her movement as it is the “most requested” change.
Going by their take on “how far” they can push her mobility, I suspect, there will be a revert to her active ability duration of Guardian Angel being cancelable again.
Chances are, they might even revert the backwards GA 20% movement speed penalty they added in Season 3.
Dare I say, I can also imagine them just flat out slightly buffing the movement speed during her Guardian Angel flight from 17m/s to 18-18.5m/s.
I doubt it’ll be a combination of any of these changes, but I expect one of the other.

Most likely yes.
They can’t buff rez after all, nor damage beam. And the devs aimed to cut back on healing so healing buffs won’t happen either.
Ga speed, original cancel mechanics or range are likely candidates for changes.
(Another is upping her bullet damage or amount, but i’m quite sure that won’t happen)

No you don’t.
You want the nostalgia of OW1 GA back.
Objectively speaking, Mercy’s mobility is way stronger than during OW1, much needed so because with the move to OW2 and the loss of 2cp as a game mode, a lot of Mercy’s best maps were removed with it, many of which included very strong high ground positions.
With OW2 maps being much more spread out horizontally, Mercy is overall way easier to chase than before, which is why even with her stronger GA, she is still not the support with the least deaths per 10 min
