Why mei cant counter ashe bomb with her spray ? Thats would be great. No ?
And new abilities number two It would be fun if mei can boost her team by frozen the floor. Like in the indestructible’s movie. Nah ?

She can counter it though.
If you place a wall on top of it will the bomb get stuck in it. (It doesn’t get lifted.) If it’s stuck, then the LoS of it is broken and can it not harm anyone.

Do you really want that ice satan to get a speed boost so she can chase you down and get you with the worst CC in game?
The ability Mei actually needs: when you use her primary fire on the floor the “paint” persists for a period of several seconds, and slicks the ground so she and her team can use it to achieve a speed boost. Boom. Job done.

Well, I’m a little surprised at Blizzard - the ground-painting ability is easy to fix as this: simply cause the “paint” to arc downwards towards the ground as it fires out, so it ends up landing a short distance in front of her - so once she’s going at full speed she has no further need to look at the ground. It’s not exactly going to reduce Mei’s weapon’s range any further for combat purposes - it just means instead of the “spray” projectile expiring at a given distance, it’ll expire upon contact with the ground.
And besides, aside from Mei, who does Blizzard expect to give this type of ability to? Frankly, lame and uncreative thinking is the only thing preventing this from happening.
