Mei can freeze and punch a 200hp hero effectively killing them before they are even put of the freeze animation without having to fire a right click to land the combo…

By the time she freezes you she’s only done around 83 damage with her primary fire. 83 + 30 melee damage is only 113 total damage. What on earth is with people lying about Mei today?

For an ability that stuns and slows yes it is. Winston does 60dps…
Sombras hack does zero dmg…
Lucios speed boost does zero dmg…

Nope go back into practice range freeze then hold for an additional second. Punch before they pop out of the freeze animation it kills

Yes but you cancel mobility by simply freezing …not to mention it eventually stuns them
You can’t cancel mobility skills unless they are frozen, not during the freezing process. That’s why Mei isn’t a counter to characters like Genji and Tracer.

Mei is a counter to genji… Now she’s more of a counter to tracer bc she does alot more dmg… And slows her.
The heros do move slower even if they arnt frozen… which makes them much easier to hit
The whole idea around primary fire having CC is bad. I will be much more satisfied if devs remove her slowing effect / freeze from her weapon and change the whole beam damage as Sym’s lvl 3. Even if they short time to freeze target on her ult, extend the time in frozen state and AOE, I still can accept it, because it’s an ult ability.
Nope, she’s not a counter to tracer. Slowing a tracer down is waste of time and pretty hard to pull off unless she has used her blinks.

Yes but should a slow that turns into a stun do 55dps… Especially bc it’s already slowing and people are panicking to escape bc they know they are going to be stun

Oh you mean the primary fire thats a suicidal joke and makes Sym unviable as a damage dealer hero?
Just say you want Blizz to delete Mei its faster.
No other cc does this amount of dmg. Besides sigma’s new stun… But hers is sustained cc with no cd
