If you go on Heroes > McCree > Skins, the Deadlock skin won’t show up (for me who don’t own it, not sure if it’s the same for people who already own it).
But if you use Filters, and select Archives event skins, it shows up.

There is also the gorgon lucio skin missing and the socialite ashe skin is gone from what I have seen. I’m assuming it might be intentional since the ashe skin is now available through twitch drops so maybe they are going to be upcoming skins from drops?
