Mccree, one of the worst heroes in overwatch

Watching stats, mccree is almost at the same win % as sombra for all ranks atm

Our hot cowboy deserves and desperately needs a buff, most definetly a damage buff, instead of going around the problem, even if you buff his abilities he wont be much better because his abilities on their own are bad. His ult is still a suicide button, roll is only useful to reload, it gives no mobility whatsoever, flashbang is probably the best ability in his kit, and even it doesnt work properly.

Yeah Mcree is very underwhelming at the moment, other heroes can basically do everything he can do but better. What buffs/changes would you recommend specifically to make him more viable?
