We have been through this before, you nerf McCree he becomes terrible, people complain about it and rightfully so until you buff him again. How many times will it take for you guys to learn the lesson. What’s worst is that he was already terrible before the nerf, and you still went through with it. I can already see you buffing him again until he is somewhat decent, it’s just an inevitable cycle at this point.

Mcree can get a stun revert or 250 HP or whatever. But he needed this fire rate nerf. He has a mini machine gun with a crap ton of DPS output and was heavily powercrept.
The people who call him terrible before the nerf should have 0 say in balance as they are clearly smoking something.

There will still be next patches. Where they can always like literally buff/revert/nerf what ever if they wanted.
People are overreacting for nothing specially when the patch havent been for god sakes 24h live yet. It’s getting rather ridiculous at this point of how many people who dont understand it (the point of this patch) & makes these overreacting threads, etc.

This is part of the problem that I mention in the OP. We have been through this before with McCree, they are making the same mistake over and over again. It is wrong that they are fine with nerfing a hero that doesn’t need to be nerfed, if they wanted to nerf his fire rate, they should’ve given him compensation as he is underperfoming BAD.
That is what I’m giving feedback on, if anyone actually read my posts while the experiment lasted (which I’m pretty sure not one did, they just wanted McCree nerfed because they hate him), they would know that I said I would be ok with a fire rate nerf as long as they gave him compensation buffs. Now we have to wait probably months before they do anything about it as usual.
No he wasn’t, worst win rate in the game is clearly not powercreep, he is terrible.

What’s with all the McCree haters denying that winrate matters a lot? All numbers matter, including pick rate but when you look at everything, he still comes up underperforming badly. You claim that he was “the definition of powercreep” what do you base that claim on? Because it ain’t numbers.

I never said that I was only taking win rate as the only stat into consideration You were the one accusing me of doing so, mistakenly so.
SO you are basing it on pick rate, but not taking into consideration the win rate huh, that’s ironic.
Other heros are doing even more damage than him, for example, Pharah and Soldier have higher damage output than McCree.
